Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident choosing HAMMER. If you need help with a return, exchange or an issue with your order, contact us using the details below.

Basic pieces: 14 days from delivery

You may request a return or exchange of an eligible basic item within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with its original tags where supplied. Please keep your order number or other proof of purchase.

Trying an item on to check the fit is fine; wearing, washing or damaging it may affect eligibility. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item is faulty or does not match your order or the agreed specifications, contact us within 30 days of receiving it. Tell us your order number and what is wrong; photos can help us resolve the issue.

We will arrange the applicable replacement or refund without additional cost to you, including the necessary return shipping. For qualifying defects or non-conformity, we will resolve your request within one week, as required by Egyptian consumer protection law.

Our printed-piece guarantee

If your printed piece arrives faulty, damaged, or does not match the confirmed design, colour or placement shown for your order, you are entitled to return it for a full refund. Contact us within 30 days of delivery. We cover the necessary return shipping, so there is no additional cost to you.

Printed pieces made to your order

Where a piece is made or printed specifically after your order according to your selected specifications, a change-of-mind return or exchange may be excluded under applicable law if the finished item matches those specifications. This exception does not apply to faults, incorrect items or a failure to meet the agreed specifications. Printed items are not excluded from your statutory protections.

How to request a return or exchange

1. Contact us with your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange.
2. We will confirm the return instructions and the arrangements that apply to your request.
3. Keep the item protected until collection or return. Please follow the return instructions we provide.

For an eligible change-of-mind return of a basic item, the customer pays the actual return shipping cost. We will confirm this cost and the return arrangements before collection. HAMMER covers the necessary return shipping for faulty, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming items. Your statutory rights and any more favourable terms agreed with you remain unaffected.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are made using the original payment method unless another method is agreed with you. For standard online returns, refunds are issued within 7 days of the item being returned; where the law requires an earlier remedy, that requirement applies. For cash-on-delivery orders, we will agree the refund method with you. Bank or payment-provider processing time may vary.
