HAMMER — Terms of Service

These terms explain how orders are placed through hammercotton.com. They apply alongside our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Exchanges policies. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable Egyptian consumer protection law.

Products and your selection

Check the product description, available colours, size guide and selected options before ordering. For printed pieces, check the garment colour, size, design, print colour where available, and placement in your order summary. The configurator preview illustrates your selection; it does not remove your right to receive a piece that matches the confirmed design and specifications.

Prices, payment and order confirmation

Prices are displayed in Egyptian pounds. Available payment methods, delivery charges and the total payable are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Provide an accurate delivery address, governorate and reachable phone number. Keep your order confirmation as a record of your purchase. If you notice an error or need to change or cancel an order, contact us promptly. We will confirm the order's status and available arrangements, without limiting your statutory rights.

Shipping and delivery

Estimated delivery within Egypt is 3–5 business days from order confirmation. If we anticipate a delay, we will contact you. Read the Shipping & Delivery policy for delivery details and assistance with missing, damaged or incorrect orders.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

Eligible basic pieces may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Returns & Exchanges policy. For faulty or non-conforming items, contact us within 30 days of receipt. If a printed piece is faulty, damaged or does not match the confirmed design or specifications, you may return it for a full refund and we cover the necessary return shipping. A change-of-mind exception may apply to pieces made to your selected specifications, as explained in that policy. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
