Delivery within Egypt

Our estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from order confirmation. Business days exclude public holidays. The estimate applies to the confirmed order and delivery address; if we anticipate a delay, we will contact you with an update.

Shipping charges

Your shipping charge is calculated for your delivery address and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Your delivery details

Please provide a complete address, the correct governorate and a reachable phone number. If any details need to be corrected, contact us as soon as possible so we can help before dispatch.

Order changes and delivery issues

To ask about changing or cancelling an order, contact us promptly. We will confirm whether the order has already been dispatched or whether custom printing has begun. Applicable cancellation and consumer rights remain unaffected.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, or an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate solution. Your statutory rights in the event of late delivery remain unaffected.
